Dear Patients of Idaho Diabetes & Endocrine Associates, P.A.
As you may know I have moved to Salt Lake City to be closer to my fiancé who has been forced by economic circumstances to move there to find employment. I know you will understand that family is more important than anything else in life.
That being said I would like to tell you that the past couple of years have been great. I’ve learned and grown more as a provider than I ever thought I could. Thank you to all who have helped me on this journey.
I would like to especially thank Dr. Roosevelt, who has taught me the both the science and art of medicine and has given me the strength to continue on my journey.
I would also like to thank you to the office staff, Kim, Sandra, Keith and Jessica. Together we have worked our way through the many obstacles and minor emergencies attendant to delivering quality medical care. I will always be thankful for your help and guidance through these first few years.
Finally, I will never forget the many patients who have allowed me to take part in their care. Without you, this would have been meaningless. I will greatly miss all of you.
